We have a perfect combination of theory about emotional intelligence and a lot of practices and micro-practices that we can take with us in our daily routines and integrate the practices in our company culture to really experience being mindful and getting the sustainable results towards our mission [in renewal energy]

This was my first experience with mindfulness. I learned a lot and I really enjoyed the balance between the practices and the theories. I received a lot of feedback from my employees who participated in the program and they were all pleased with what they learned and how they can practice in their daily life. We also appreciate that after the program we received the exercise each week to continue to practice to really integrate the mindfulness in our day-to-day.
